Happiness is a Gratitude Shift

Feeling grateful or thankful each day for the little things in your life opens the door to happiness.

Pure joy comes to you when you wake up in the morning and say:

Thanks for this Day!

I Won't Blow it

I Promise to Smile, Share and Practice Gratitude

You will feel the positive effects on your outlook and your life as soon as you shift your focus to gratitude, gratefulness, thanks, and thankfulness.


One week is all it will take to develop your ability to make the shift to gratitude.  For 7 days, take the time to write down 5 things or people or places or experiences you are grateful for.  


What Am I Grateful for Today?

Have an amazing day.  Look around you and see all the richness in your life and Be Grateful!
