Positivity is a Choice - You Choose It & You Create It


Positive Thoughts

are the way to deliberately attract what you want in life. When you choose to replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts, you will change yourself into a powerful magnet that attracts goodness, joy and abundance. You will discover greater happiness and the ability to focus on your potential and possibilities.



Your life right now is the result of everything you have done, believed, thought or felt up until this moment. You can start to consciously attract whatever you desire today and in your lifetime. Waking up and saying "I choose to make today a great day" will be your greatest achievement. You are always in the process of attracting something into your life - choose to make the attraction positive.

Here are 8 Changes that will add positivity to your everyday life:
  1. Take the word "never" out of your vocabulary otherwise it will become your destiny! Simply put if you believe that you will "never" accomplish, do or be, then that is exactly what will happen. Look what happens when you delete "never" - I will never travel to Europe changes to I will travel to Europe - let the planning begin!
  2. Stop "trying" and Start "doing" - to use the word try is to give youself the ability to fail. You can say you're going to "try": to change something about yourself or your life or you can simply do it. Take small action steps every day toward achieving your goal or desired change.
  3. Smile. Smile. Smile. Smiling releases endorphins, little happy hormones that instantly change your mood and outlook to happy. How easy is that?
  4. Surround yourself with Positive People. Negative people are a downer, plain and simple. We all know them but do we really want to keep them around? When you surround yourself with positive people, you create a circle of smiling, laughter, and good times living in the present.
  5. Stop being a victim - You create your life - take responsibility. Even if your situation becomes unbearable, there is always a way out. You will always have the choice to make change happen, if need be.
  6. Choose to inspire happiness for another by creating a random act of kindness and doing it. A random act of kindness is inexpensive and as easy as smiling and saying Thank You.
  7. Stop Worrying, Over-Thinking, and Stressing. Your only outcome will be loss of energy, insomnia, bad mood and a negative outlook on your life. When you feel yourself worrying and stressing, mentally shout "STOP!", take a deep breath and re-frame your thoughts by focusing on positive, action steps that you can take to improve your situation.
  8. List 5 things that you are grateful for right now
